I hear you, dear Beth Lee! But... I think it's also not the worst place to be. For me, acknowledging that it was all becoming too much, and that I had to make more room for me, felt like a relief. And now, in this pause, I notice I get way deeper into understanding what the core of all my 'love work' actually is. My most important realization is that while I was doing a lot of things I love, the way I shape these were still coming from those old beliefs about 'succes'. Stopping (or better: breaking a bit) helps me to start exploring new ways of teaching, that align even more closely to my selfgentleness perspective. Said differently: the core is the same, the way I'm going to shape it is going to change. How, I don't know exactly yet, but I'm enjoying this process :)
Thanks for sharing and having a meaningful conversation. I think for me the starting point will be taking a real break to allow for perspective and reflection and creativity
That sounds like a great way to tune in where you’re next steps will be. It’s so good that you love what you do, I wish for you to keep that love going and bring you to new, and inspiring places. I also loved our conversation 💚🙏 thank you!
I resonate with this so much: “Even the things you love can add up to too much, until there’s no room left for the rest of your life.”
It’s something you don’t expect, until you’re there, isn’t it? I’m in the middle of figuring this out now, how to keep loving what I love to do 😊
Almost exactly where I’m at 🫣
